SmartSegment ESG™ 
for Buyers

This project explores how artificial intelligence can empower public procurement teams to accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices across their supplier base. Developed as part of my Master’s applied research in IT Engineering, SmartSegment ESG™ uses clustering algorithms and association rule mining to analyze suppliers base. The result, which is simulated exercise, shows : 11 behavioral segments and  recommendations that help buyers prioritize actions based on supplier characteristics. This page offers a simulated view of how public buyers could interact with these insights, visualizing key supplier groups. It’s a practical tool to support smarter, more sustainable procurement in the public sector.
